At See'-Soo, we want you to love what you wear. But if something’s not quite right, here's our straightforward returns process to make things easy.

Our Returns Window
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date your order arrives to request a return.

 

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

 

How to Start a Return
Email us at info@see-soo.co.uk with the following details:

• Your full name, contact number, and email

• Your order number

• A brief description of the item(s) you’d like to return and why

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to send it back. Please don’t send anything without contacting us first. We won’t be able to process returns without prior authorisation.

We aim to process all returns within 14 days of receiving the item.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you’ve received the wrong item, let us know straight away. We'll assess the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

 

What Can’t Be Returned
We can’t accept returns on:

• Sale items or gift cards

• Custom or personalised products

Exchanges
Need a different size, colour, or style? The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

 

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take a little extra time to process the transaction.
